We will see that if we ask, seek, and knock, we will receive, find and doors will open. This Sunday we will discuss how Good Our God is.
I praise God that He is faithful. Hebrews 10:23 tells us, "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful." God always keeps His promises. And the incredible thing is that He is faithful even when we are not. This Sunday we will unpack the faithfulness of God and how we can rest in His dependability.
Have you ever noticed how God uses unconventional methods to advance His Kingdom? God says in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts".God's plan many times seems odd to us, and yet His plans always work. This Sunday we will look at three different stories that speak to how we can rest in God's full-proof plan.
Make it a point to be at MC3 this Sunday. You will not want to miss our discussion on how God provides in the strangest of ways. So invite a friend or two to join you, as we unpack God's blessing
Has anyone ever promised you something but under-delivered? My guess is that we've all been there, done that, and gotten the T-shirt. But what about God's Promises? This Sunday, we will look at seven specific promises of Jesus and how we can rest in the assurance that we have in Him.
There is an interesting exchange between Jesus and Pilate in John 18. Pilate asks Jesus, “You are a king, then!” Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.” To which Pilate says, “What is truth?" It's a question that many are asking. Satan has done a great job blinding the world to the truth, which isn't all that surprising, considering he is the "father of all lies." This Sunday, we will highlight the comfort, peace and rest that we can find in the Truth that we have in Jesus.
We will unpack how we can rest in God's Peace. As I think about "peace," it seems that it is something that we all desire, but is very rare. Hardship, struggles, conflicts and discord are always around the corner. Join us Sunday as we discuss how we can have peace even in the midst of the battles that surround us.
