Kids (Infants through fifth grade)

Welcome Team: Welcoming new and existing kids and their families. This consists of checking in kids who attend regularly and gathering information from new families. This is great for those who are great at connecting and engaging with families and kids. This is also for those who want to start off slow and see if serving in kids ministry is their sweet spot!

Small Group Leader (Infants through Fifth Grade): This is the highest level of volunteer work. We take this role very seriously as it has the potential to speak life into not only the students’ lives but their families and communities. 

Tech Team: If you are more behind the scenes, this will be up your alley, running slide shows and downloading information to support our teaching efforts.

Youth Ministry (middle and high school students)

Welcome Team: Welcoming new and existing students. This consists of checking in regularly with students and gathering information form new students. This is great for those who are great at connecting and engaging with students. This is also for those who want to start off slow and see if serving in youth is their sweet spot!

Cafe Team: Serves students food, candy and drinks at a budget- friendly price for families. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys serving, managing, and organizing. Also great for those who just want to start slow.

Tech Team: If you are more behind the scenes, this will be up your alley, running slide shows and downloading information to support our teaching efforts.

Hospitality

Parking Team: Sets up flags, cones, and tri-fold signs, then welcomes and direct cars to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all! 

Welcome Team: Welcomes everyone and provides hospitality by opening doors and remembering names. 

Host Team: Engages with first-time guests, gets to know them and connect with them. They also gather their information so that we can connect and celebrate them throughout their first year of attendance! 

Cafe Team: Handles the cafe area, making sure it is clean before volunteers, members and guests arrive. This team provides donuts, makes coffee and other breakfast foods, and keeps the café stocked with paper products.

Discipleship Team: (Coming Soon) This team will here to walk alongside those who accept Christ and those already following Christ. This team is for those who can commit to pray, serve, celebrate, connect and commit with those walking one step closer to Jesus.

Outreach

Mission Team: Creates an annual missions plan to submit to the MC3 Board of Elders for approval each year. This team also establishes and maintains regular contact and assess the effectiveness of all MC3-supported missions, and recommends and coordinates short-term mission trips.

Prayer

70-Strong Prayer Team: This team is composed of individuals who pray every day for the dozens of prayers requests MC3 gets each week from those who are sick, serving in the military or have needs or praise of any kind that they want carried to the Lord.

Pray With the Preacher (Every Tuesday, 7 p.m.): This dedicated group of pray warriors meet with our pastor, Art Stansberry, weekly to pray over church, family, individual, community and world needs.

Worship

Worship Band and Praise Team: If you have a gift for music and are looking for a wonderful way to express your love and service to the Lord, we invite you to join our Worship Band and Praise Team! Our Worship Band and Praise Team ministers every Sunday for praise and worship service, ushering in the Spirit of God. We welcome instrumentalists (guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, percussion, and others) and singers (teens and adults) who have a passion for leading people to worship through the use of Christian music. Weekly rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings before worship. Join us as we bring honor and glory to our God through praise and worship. (Psalms 150)

Tech Team: This team helps people in person and online experience worship through technical means. Our best days are when no one knows we are doing what we do because they are just worshipping. Our Audio/Visual Crew is responsible for all of the technical aspects of our Sunday worship service and special events, including sound, lighting, live streaming, video/computer projection and video recording/camera operation. If you have experience in any of these areas, or even if you don’t (training will be provided), we would love to get you involved. Tech team positions include:
