With so many different things grabbing for our attention, it's hard to keep our focus on what is important. It's easy to forget God's vision for us or to disregard searching for His vision for us in the first place. This Sunday, we are looking at the vision God has for us and how to dive deeper into it.
J.B. Neblett once said, "We are the sum total of our experiences." Our experiences in life shape who we are, so the more experiences we have with the Lord, the more He can shape our Gospel story. The more He can shape our story, the more He can use our story to impact others. Join us this Sunday as we highlight the importance of experiencing Jesus.
The building and strengthening of our faith is a lifelong process of learning and growing in Christ. When I think about my own faith, I often identify with the father in Mark 9 who exclaimed, "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief." This Sunday we will track the growth pattern of the disciples and unpack how we can grow in our belief of Jesus.
Our gospel story, the good, the bad, and the ugly, is written in God's bigger story. If that wasn't mind-blowing enough, the really incredible part of the story is that we were actually invited to be a part of His story. God, knowing all the bad and the ugly, made a way for us to be written into His grand adventure.
